Construction continues on Suzanne Court, Suzanne Avenue, Martin Way, and Southwood Drive. With manhole covers and gate valves raised and patched on the roads, they still stick out of the ground more than usual, so please drive with caution.

This week the contractor will be performing miscellaneous restoration work including laying topsoil and seeding the affected areas.  Seed takes time to grow, so please be patient during this time.

The contractor will also continue work at Bridgewood Park, Kohler Meadows Park, and Stockdale Drive. They will prep the aggregate base and pave the base course of asphalt on the Bridgewood Park parking lot and the Kohler Meadows Park trail. On Stockdale Drive, they will be removing and replacing concrete driveway aprons. Once an apron has been poured, you cannot drive on it for a week to let the concrete cure so please be patient during this process.

There should always be at least one lane of traffic open on the road so it should not impact any driving access to and from the area. Bridgewood Park will remain closed during construction so there will be no access to the park or the pickleball courts. Asphalt trails have not been patched on Rice Street and County Road F so please pay attention to any barriers in the walking lane. The trail at Kohler Meadows Park is also impacted, so please use caution when walking in the area.
