Construction continues for the City of Vadnais Heights
2020 Street Improvement Project, along Arcade Street, Wildflower Court and Primrose Court.
Weather depending, the contractors, Bituminous Roadways, will finish signing and stripping Arcade Street next week and adding traffic symbols into the pavement. Please mind the new signs posted as well as the stripping. Once the paint has been placed, please do not drive over the wet paint. There should always be at least one lane of traffic open, however please use caution when driving on Arcade Street and use alternate routes when possible. Along Wildflower Court and Primrose Court, the contractors will finish patching driveways and pavement where needed. Turf restoration is likely to begin by laying black dirt and seeding the disturbed areas of the project. Please be patient with seeding, as it takes time to establish growth. The final layer of asphalt will be paved next week, weather depending. After the pavement is rolled and cooled you will be able to drive on it. Please use caution and drive slowly through the area.
