Construction continues for the City of Vadnais Heights 2020 Street Improvement Project, along Arcade Street, Wildflower Court and Primrose Court. Weather depending, restoration on Arcade Street will begin next week, which includes filling in holes and seeding the black dirt to establish grass growth. This will take time to grow; please be patient. Signing and striping on Arcade Street is likely to begin as well. Please mind the new signs posted as well as the striping. Once the paint has been placed, please do not drive over the wet paint.
 
Weather depending, concrete will be poured next week and pavement will be rolled at Wildflower Court and Primrose Court. Please stay off of the wet concrete for one week to give it time to cure. All curb and gutter has been poured. Sidewalk access is still effected; please pay attention to any signage posted on walks.
