This week, Bituminous Roadways, the contractors for the City of Vadnais Heights 2020 Street Improvement Project, will continue construction on Arcade Street. The base course of asphalt is expected to be paved, sticky tack will be laid (please do not touch),  and concrete pouring will begin soon. The concrete needs one week to cure before it can be driven on so please do not drive over any fresh concrete. 

There should always be at least one lane of traffic open. There will be many trucks in the work zone, so please use caution. Please be patient as traffic will be significantly slower and use alternate routes when possible. Sidewalks are incomplete; please follow the signs posted for sidewalk detours. 
 
Construction will also continue on Wildflower Court and Primrose Court. Utility improvements are completed and concrete pouring will begin soon. Driveways where the curb extends in front of the drive will be poured half at a time. Please stay off of the wet concrete for one week to give it time to cure. You will not lose access to your driveway unless notified otherwise.  Sidewalk access will also be effected during the construction so please pay attention to any signage posted on walks.
