Paving the base course of asphalt on Arcade Street is expected to take place this Friday, August 28. There will be significant disruption and extended delays. The asphalt must be rolled and cooled before you can drive on it.  In addition, the tack that will be laid in the area is very sticky and should not be touched. Please use alternate routes when possible.
