Next week, Bituminous Roadways, the contractors for the City of Vadnais Heights 2020 Street Improvement Project, will continue construction on Arcade Street with utility improvements and will likely begin pouring concrete and grading. 

Weather depending, Monday, August 17 to Wednesday, August 19, there will be no access to County Road E going northbound on Arcade Street.  Please use alternate routes and expect delays.  
 
Construction will also begin on Wildflower Court and Primrose Court with the removal of curb and asphalt at utility locations. Utility improvements will likely begin late next week. This work includes replacing bolts on gate valves, adding and updating gate valves, and making improvements to the sanitary sewer and storm sewer structures in the area. 
 
Residents will be notified if their driveway will be blocked or if their water is temporarily shut off.  As a reminder, if at any time your water is discolored, you should flush your line and leave your water running for a while. Once the line has been cleared, your water should return to normal.
