Vadnais Heights voters elected current City Council Member Bob Fletcher to serve as Mayor for a two-year term. Also, Craig Johnson has been re-elected for a four-year term as a Council Member.

One new face joining the Council will be Heidi Gunderson. A resident of 30 years, Gunderson currently works as the president/co-owner of Woodys Rebar Co, Inc. in Vadnais Heights.

The city had an overall voter turnout of 7,658 voters or 85% of those eligible. Election judges processed 690 new registrations on Election Day. Absentee ballots totaled 2,108 of which 1,347 were processed at City Hall the two weeks prior to the election.

Congratulations to all elected and thank you to all the election judges for their hard work!
