Vadnais Boulevard is back open as of Monday, October 24
Ramsey County is conducting a culvert replacement project on Vadnais Boulevard East. Vadnais Boulevard between Vadnais Lake drive and Edgerton Street will be closed starting Monday, October 17 for one week. You will be able to access Vadnais Lake drive from Rice Street.
