Vadnais Heights Parks & Recreation provides a wide range of year-round activities, programs, and events for all ages, interests, and abilities.

Our programs provide opportunities to learn life skills, stay fit and active, and to connect with the community. Youth benefit from a variety of organized programs, such as soccer, t-ball, basketball, tennis, and playground activities. Adults take advantage of softball and tennis, organized runs, walking and biking trails, and many other opportunities.
