All rooms have conference
table seating, televisions, and electrical outlets in the conference
tables to accommodate laptops and other presentation equipment.
The Lakes Conference Room also has a sink, microwave, and small
refrigerator.
In most cases, there is
a fee for reserving a room. On occasion, the Council
Chambers is available for use. Unfortunately, the City
Hall building cannot accommodate private parties and receptions. To reserve rooms in City Hall, please email epeterson or call 651-204-6012.
South Fire Station
3595 Arcade Street
The South Fire Station’s Community Room makes an ideal meeting
spot for larger groups. The room easily accommodates 175 people.
Chairs and tables are
provided. We simply ask that you set up the chairs and tables
to meet your meeting needs, and then return the room to its original
condition, once your meeting has ended.

Pavilion at Community Park
Picnic Shelters
Two facilities are available. The Community Park 30' x 84' picnic
shelter, located at Community Park, has picnic tables and electrical
outlets. (This is the shelter used for the Heritage Days Booya.)
A playlot, restrooms, and ample parking are close by. The shelter seats approximately 150 people.
The second facility is
the Community Park Pavilion, a brick two-story building located
next to the Community Park fields. The pavilion seats about 50 people,
and has picnic tables, electrical outlets, and restrooms.

Block Party Trailer
The Block Party Trailer, funded by Vadnais Heights Lions Club, may be rented by Vadnais Heights residents for neighborhood gatherings, birthdays, graduations and other outdoor celebrations.
The trailer includes tables, chairs, volleyball net and poles, bocce ball, parachute, ring toss, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, road barricades, and traffic cones. Click here for the reservation form
