12. Background Check Information

    Background checks are required for all volunteer coaches once every calendar year. 

    Please download and complete a background check form and email to jessica.currier@cityvadnaisheights.com. 

    Vadnais Heights Parks and Recreation has the sole discretion to deny potential coaches that may pose a threat to vulnerable subjects such as children, administrators, opposing players/coaches, and spectators regardless of whether or not the results of the Background Check directly violate any of the listed criteria in this Policy and Disclaimer.

As a prospective youth coach, I agree to abide by the philosophy of the Vadnais Heights Parks and Recreation Department to promote personal growth, skill development, and fun in recreational sports, to ensure equitable participation for all players, and to follow program rules and guidelines as outlined in the coaches' materials.
