2. If you will soon be a homeowner in Vadnais Heights, it’s important that you let the City know two weeks prior to your move. This will ensure that we set up a new account with the correct owner information for billing for utilities (sewer and water).    City utility bills are assessed to properties, not individuals. Make sure to collect the seller's accrued utility charges at the time of closing. Any unpaid charges from seller remain with the property and become the new owner's responsibility.
