Typically, City streets are plowed once snow has accumulated to a depth of two inches. Main roads are plowed first, followed by side streets and cul-de-sacs. Key trails are plowed by City crews once two or more inches of snow have accumulated. City crews are responsible for plowing approximately 33 miles of streets and over 100 cul-de-sacs, so we appreciate your patience when this work is necessary. We strive to do our absolute best to clear snow as quickly as possible.
If you have questions or concerns regarding City snow plowing work, please contact City Engineer Mark Graham at 651-204-6050 or email him at mark.graham.
