Facility and Equipment Reservations
Picnic shelters, fields, and equipment can be reserved for private use.
Picnic Shelters
Three facilities are available. The 30' x 84' picnic shelter, located at Community Park, has picnic tables and electrical outlets. (This is the shelter used for the Heritage Days Booya.) A playlot, restrooms, and ample parking are close by. The shelter seats approximately 150 people.
The second facility is the Community Park Pavilion, a brick two-story building located next to the Community Park fields. The pavilion seats about 50 people, and has picnic tables, electrical outlets, and restrooms.
The third facility is the shelter at Kohler Meadows Park. The 38’ x 38’ shelter has picnic tables,an attached kitchen facility and seasonal restrooms.
There is a charge for reserving a shelter.
Fields
You can reserve a field for youth or adult activities. The reservation forms can be found to the right on this page.
Block Party Trailer
The Block Party Trailer, funded by Vadnais Heights Lions Club, may be rented by Vadnais Heights residents for neighborhood gatherings, birthdays, graduations and other outdoor celebrations.
The trailer includes tables, chairs, volleyball net and poles, bocce ball, parachute, ring toss, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, road barricades, and traffic cones.
