City Council to Conduct Public Hearing on Tuesday, May 5

The City Council will be conducting a public hearing for this project on Tuesday, May 5 at 7:00 p.m..  You may sign up for a time to attend the meeting, or submit your comments online. Following the public hearing, City Council may vote on the proposal.

As everyone is aware we are in a global epidemic.  In deference to the situation, we want to afford everyone ample opportunity to participate in a review of the proposal made by the At Home developers.  While the governor has ordered a shelter in place order for non-essential services, it’s widely interpreted that laws surrounding community development review by municipalities abide by timelines within the statute.  We extended the process to give the community more time to review the material online, watch the planning commission presentation, and submit online comments. Thank you again for your flexibility and understanding during this unprecedented time.
